A Wedding by the Lake - Sharon & TJ
Sharon and TJ live in Florida but returned home to their Wisconsin roots to marry in one of Milwaukees most stunning venues, the Pilot House located in Pier Wisconsin. With 360 views of the lake they married in an intimate ceremony with friends and family attending. All the images have been captured by KB Image Photography and provide an intimate account of their day. The cake is one of my favourite cakes ever!

Something Blue
Many brides try and incorporate items to match the good luck saying used in the Victorian era, ‘something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue, and a silver sixpence in her shoe’.The blue part of the saying symbolised faithfulness, loyalty and purity for the Victorians and often the couple would have blue stitched onto the edge of their clothing.
Today’s bride is more likely to incorporate blue as part of her garter or even her shoes.
The images above are just to give an idea of how you could incorporate blue into your day. One of my personal favourites is by using blue glass for your vases, and of course the blue shoes!
